Del Webb Naples sits under more than one association. Every home is under the Ave Maria Master Association. Del Webb, along with Bellera and Mayflower Way, has its own neighborhood HOA. Mayflower Way condos add a third, condo-level association on top of that. Each layer has its own documents, so a question about a shared wall on a villa may go to a different place than a question about your own driveway.
