Pool cages on Miromar Lakes properties that face the lake have a specific growth challenge: organic airborne particulates from the lake surface — algae spores, pollen, and biological material that settles on screen mesh and frame members at a higher rate than on interior lot cages. Combined with the elevated lake humidity, lakefront cages develop biological growth on frames and screens faster than cages in dry-land communities.
