Miromar Lakes is a seasonal community with significant snowbird presence. Many homeowners leave in May and return in October or November. Pre-departure gutter clearing in April or May ensures the property enters the summer storm season with clear, functional gutters. Gulf storms tracking over Southwest Florida can deliver 3–5 inches of rainfall per hour — a clogged gutter that fails under that volume causes roofline water intrusion at the fascia and soffit, which in a property left empty for 5–6 months can develop into significant mold and water damage before the owner returns.

We are pre-registered at Miromar Lakes and coordinate gate access without the owner present. Service is performed, downspouts flushed, system flow-tested, and documentation and condition notes sent by email after completion.
