Mediterra is a luxury gated community straddling the Naples–Bonita Springs line, known for Tuscan-style estates, two Tom Fazio golf courses, and lush, heavily irrigated landscaping. Two issues define exterior cleaning here, and both reward the right technique over raw power.
First, the barrel-tile roofs that give Mediterra its Mediterranean character are the single most damage-prone roof type in Naples — algae-prone, and easily cracked by foot traffic or high pressure. They must be cleaned with low-pressure soft wash only. Second, much of the community irrigates with reclaimed water, which carries iron that oxidizes into orange staining on driveways, entry walls and pavers. That staining is mineral, not biological, and needs dedicated rust chemistry — ordinary washing won’t touch it.

Barrel Tile Roof Soft Wash
Mediterra’s barrel tile is the most algae-prone and most easily cracked roof in Naples. Low-pressure soft wash kills algae at the root — no high pressure, no walking the tile, warranty protected.
House Exterior Wash
Mold and mildew removed from Tuscan stucco and stone with gentle soft wash — no stripping of color or finish, plant-safe around Mediterra’s landscaping.
Driveway & Rust Removal
Reclaimed-water iron staining removed with dedicated rust chemistry — the orange staining ordinary washing leaves behind. Drives, entry walls and pavers restored.
Paver Sealing & Sanding
After cleaning, pavers sealed and re-sanded to lock color and resist re-staining from reclaimed irrigation — 3–5 year protection.
Window Cleaning
Streak-free glass with mineral-deposit removal from hard irrigation overspray. Interior and exterior.
Deck, Fence & Solar
Wood and composite deck cleaning, fence cleaning, and rooftop solar panel cleaning — all available for Mediterra homes.
