# Lanai, Pool Cage & Glass CleaningTalis Park

Many Talis Park lanais are built around glass: wide sliders that open the house to the pool, and outdoor living areas with clean, modern lines. We clean screens and frames where there is an enclosure, and we leave large glass, light ceilings and pale floors streak-free.

## 🏊 What Shows on a Modern Lanai
Large Glass · Light Surfaces · Lake Humidity
Contemporary design leaves dirt nowhere to hide. Irrigation overspray and lake mist leave mineral spots on large glass; pale ceilings show mildew in the corners; light pavers and porcelain show every footprint and sunscreen mark.

Where a home has a screened enclosure, the frame and screens collect the same algae and pollen as any Naples cage. On a modern home, though, a green frame against white stucco stands out more.

Glass needs its own care. Hard water left to dry etches spots into the surface over time. We remove mineral deposits with the right chemistry and rinse with pure water so large panels dry clear.

Talis Park’s lakes and golf course keep humidity high, so these surfaces need attention on a regular schedule, not only when the buildup is obvious.

**Fifteen builders, many kinds of lanai.** Talis Park’s 622 residences come from fifteen different builders, from single-family homes of 2,500 square feet up to estates of 20,000. That variety shows up out back. Some homes have a full screen enclosure over the pool. Others leave the pool open to the sky and keep only a covered loggia under the roof, and some estates have several covered rooms facing the water or the preserve. We look at what you actually have before we quote, so an open lanai is not priced like a cage and a large estate is not squeezed into a small-cage price.

**The Coach Homes at Corsica.** Corsica’s 64 coach homes sit in sixteen two-story buildings of four, in a Santa Barbara style. The plans called for a south-facing covered lanai, covered outdoor living across the back, and a private covered terrace off the owner’s bedroom. A south-facing lanai takes strong sun most of the day, which bakes sprinkler spots onto the glass and fades cushions, while the ceiling above stays shaded and can grow mildew in the corners. On the upstairs terraces we keep rinse water light and check that nothing drips onto the downstairs neighbor’s lanai.

**Village homes and country homes.** Neighborhoods near the Vyne House are laid out as a town village, while the country neighborhoods sit close to preserves and green space. A lanai backing onto a preserve gets more leaf litter, pollen, spider webs and shade, so the screens and ceiling turn green faster. Lanais in the village get more sun and more sprinkler spray from small yards and shared landscaping. We adjust the cleaner and the time spent on glass for each. Preserve-side homes usually need the screens done once a year, and glass more often.

**Golf course homes.** The course is one of only two in the world designed by Greg Norman and Pete Dye together, and plenty of homes look across it. Fairway-side lanais collect clippings and fertilizer dust on lower screens and glass, and course irrigation can spray the bottom of sliders. Those spots are handled with mineral-deposit chemistry rather than a stronger spray. Stray golf balls can also tear a lower screen panel, and we point those out before rinsing.

**Outdoor kitchens and fire features.** If your lanai has a built-in grill, pizza oven, fire feature or television under the roof, tell us when you book. Before we start, we cover electronics, close gas valves where the owner shows us, and keep water away from outlets and burners. Grease on stone counters and backsplashes gets a cleaner suited to the stone, not an all-purpose degreaser that can dull a polished surface.

**Newer homes, newer finishes.** Many homes here are only a few years old, so screens, frames, glass coatings and floor sealers are still in good shape. Our job is to make sure they still look that way in ten years. Light, regular cleaning protects a powder-coated frame and a sealed porcelain floor far better than one hard cleaning after years of neglect.

**Condo terraces and penthouses.** The luxury condos offer eleven floor plans of two or three bedrooms plus a den, and the penthouses run from three to five bedrooms. Their terraces are cleaned from inside the residence with hand tools and a light rinse, and building access is set up with the manager before the visit. Exterior walls and shared areas belong to the association, so we keep to your own terrace unless the board has hired us for the rest.

**Gate and scheduling.** Talis Park is gated, and we are already registered there. Seasonal owners often have us clean the week before they arrive, and full-time residents tend to pick a weekday morning when the lanai is not in use. Most lanais are dry and ready by lunch.

**Pricing.** A screened lanai under 800 square feet starts from $249 and a standard pool cage from $299. Big cages of 1,500 to 2,500 square feet begin at $399, and birdcage or outdoor-kitchen enclosures start from $499. Open lanais with glass walls and outdoor kitchens are quoted after a walk-through.

Outdoor LivingSummer kitchens, TVs, heaters and furniture are covered or moved. **Everything goes back exactly as it was staged.**

## ❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Lanai & Pool Cage Cleaning · Talis Park

### Will you streak my large windows?
No. We use mineral-deposit chemistry and proper technique for streak-free results on large contemporary glass, including removal of irrigation overspray spots.
### My lanai is open, not screened. Can you still clean it?
Yes. We clean ceilings, glass, columns and floors on open lanais the same way, without the screen work. Open lanais often need glass and floors done more often, since nothing filters the lake mist and irrigation spray.
### How often should a Talis Park lanai be cleaned?
Once a year for screens and frames; glass and floors often benefit from cleaning every six months given lake and irrigation spotting.
### Will cleaning damage porcelain or stone floors?
No. We match the cleaner to the material and test first on natural stone. Acidic cleaners etch limestone and travertine, so we use stone-safe products only, and porcelain gets a neutral cleaner that will not haze the surface.
### Can you seal the pool deck?
Yes. See [paver and pool deck sealing at Talis Park](https://naples-pressure-washing.com/paver-sealing-sanding-talis-park-naples/).
### Can you do the roof the same day?
Yes. See [roof cleaning at Talis Park](https://naples-pressure-washing.com/roof-cleaning-talis-park-naples/).
