Yes — Florida insurance companies are conducting roof inspections and issuing non-renewal notices for roofs with algae growth or visible staining. We provide written service documentation on every roof cleaning job, which most insurance companies accept as proof of maintenance to resolve non-renewal notices.

Yes — soft wash at 40–80 PSI is the only safe method for Naples stucco homes.
